Who we are
BestHouz is a property advisory for buyers of new homes. We are not a listing portal. Our work is to help you understand new projects, compare them honestly and move through your purchase with clarity.
We focus on new projects along the western side of the Mumbai region: Virar, Vasai, Nallasopara, Naigaon, Mira Road, Dahisar and Borivali.
Our journey so far
- Working since 2009.
- 100+ buyers have already bought their homes with us.
- 50+ projects are listed on BestHouz.
Why 0% brokerage for buyers
Buying a home already comes with a long list of costs: down payment, stamp duty, registration, GST on under-construction flats and more. We do not want our advice to add to that list. That is why buyers pay 0% brokerage when they buy through BestHouz.
For you, this means the money you might otherwise set aside for brokerage can go towards your down payment, your stamp duty or setting up your new home.
MahaRERA registration
BestHouz works under a MahaRERA agent registration:
- MahaRERA agent registration number: A51700027725
- Registered agent: Rakesh Laxman Varu
You can verify this registration on the official MahaRERA website (maharera.maharashtra.gov.in). We also encourage every buyer to check the MahaRERA registration of any project before paying a booking amount.
